What is the true definition of MILF? Can anyone be a MILF?

The definition of a MILF was really brought into our world in the movie “American Pie,” by Stiffler. It means Mom I'd Like To %&$@. Now, in the adult industry a Milf is not always a mom, like myself, but yet someone a little older. Now we have the wonderful option of utilizing the term Cougar which I really enjoy, since it represents to me a sexual being, ready to pounce on her prey. Any sexy, confident woman can see herself as a Cougar or Milf.
