Dua Lipa sold out the Kia Forum for four nights as part of her Radical Optimism Tour, Oct. 4, 5, 7 and 8, delivering the goods and showcasing why she’s a pop mega-star very much worth her salt.
Her sets were stacked with dance hits, like “Training Season,” “One Kiss” with Calvin Harris, and “Levitating.” She closed out each night’s encore with “Don’t Start Now” and “Houdini.”
Around halfway through the show, Dua had a rotating slot saved to cover a classic. Night 1, she covered Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain.” Night 2, it was “California Dreamin'” by the Mamas & the Papas.
For Night 3, she brought out special guest Lionel Richie for a performance of “All Night Long.”
And last night, she brought out Orange County’s Gwen Stefani to perform “Don’t Speak.”
Up next, she’s taking Radical Optimism to San Francisco and Seattle, before heading to South America and Mexico.
