The outdoor summer events just keep coming. This weekend, rockers young and old will head to the Strip for the Sunset Strip Music Festival. The festival will have its share of dance-oriented acts, but those looking to bang booties instead of heads have a trio of dance parties to look forward to, all on Saturday.

The Roxy will be arguably the hottest hub of the festival, especially upstairs, when Adam 12's vintage hip-hop night AFEX leaves its usual location in Hollywood and “pops up” at On the Rox. Adam's She Wants Revenge bandmate, Justin Warfield, and DJ Revolution will be manning the beats til 8 p.m.

Meanwhile, Mr. Twelve will be busy as always that evening, as his sizzling disco night with Bryan Rabin, Giorgio's, continues its reign at the Standard Hollywood's club, Mmhmmm. The past few weeks have seen everyone from David LaChapelle to Lenny Kravitz to Daphne Guinness, so get there early or you won't get in. Do your Facebook research: They post the invite right before the bash, and there is a password. And no, we can't tell you where to look or what it is. (That's part of the fun!)

Finally, Rasputin on Robertson is the place to go for the gregarious gay set. It now takes up the spaces formerly known as both Factory and Love Lounge. After last week's epic Cher appearance — yes, that really was her! — expect drag divas and fierce fellas to come out big for the rest of the summer.
