Maison Giraud's Four Star Dinner series continues it's Tour de France, with its final stage — Paris. For the last 12 months, each dinner has explored a different part of Chef Alain Giraud's home country and this time, the seven-course tasting menu will feature beef tartare, scallops in white mushroom cream sauce, potato mousseline, coulommiers cheese and more. An optional wine pairing includes French and Portugese varietals.
