The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. Authorities report that Crumpler lost control of his motorcycle, veering into a curb while traveling northbound. The collision propelled Crumpler from the motorcycle, causing him to land on the roadway. Emergency responders arrived and transported the 33-year-old to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. To facilitate investigation efforts, emergency personnel closed the surrounding roadway, disrupting traffic flow.
