Eight Strand Brewing Company brews will be on tap at Cinco for one night with offerings such as 24th Street Pale Ale, Cherry Ito-Weisse and Atticus IPA. Tasting samplers as well as “Drunken Tacos” (includes Strand Beach House Amber beer-battered shrimp) will be available. There wil be a prize raffle; each special food or drink purchase is equal to one entry. The grand prize is a rare special-release Strand Second Sheep Russian Imperial Stout. Other prizes include hats, pint glasses, and T-shirts.

Angel City Brewery & Flying Pig Neighborhood Dinner
Angel City Brewery and Flying Pig have collaborated in bringing a beer pairing dinner. The courses will include albacore crudo matched with Angeleno IPA and caramelized brioche with Eureka! Wit. Dinner reception starts at 6:30 p.m. and dinner starts at 7 p.m.

Santa Monica Festival
The 22nd annual Santa Monica Festival will include cooking demonstrations with local chefs and experts. Chefs Nyesha Arrington (Wilshire Restaurant) and Josie Le Balch (Josie Restaurant) will show the audience how to create a vegetarian meal that feeds four for a budget of $15. Clemence Gossett of Gourmandise School of Sweets and Savories will provide a dessert demonstration. Food trucks including Border Grill, Coolhaus and India Jones will be there too.
