Police last night said two suspects had been arrested and another was detained in connection with the robbery, pursuit and shootout:
It started with the robbery in the 7300 block of Reseda Boulevard sometime before 5 p.m. yesterday, police told City News Service.
An LAPD helicopter located suspects nearby, and the pursuit took cops and alleged robbers only a few blocks, to Strathern Street and Tampa Avenue, where a shootout took place, according to police.

Cops quickly found one suspect and detained a person of interest; a perimeter and hunt using police dogs led to the capture of another suspect at 7:30 p.m., according to the LAPD. A gun was found at or near the scene of the shooting, police said.
It's not clear if weed or cash was recovered.
