A man who was fatally shot in a Hollywood T-shirt store July 19 has been identified as 50-year-old Marc Douglas Bayar. Bayar, who was the property owner of the store located at 5400 Sunset Boulevard, allegedly was killed by his tenant in a dispute over unpaid rent. The tenant, who has not been identified, is described as a Asian man in his 40's.

The shooting occurred inside the Hollywood T-shirt store about 12:40 p.m. Anyone with information should about the case should call LAPD's Hollywood Division at 213-972-2910.
