Man Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Crash near Missouri Avenue

LOS ANGELES, CA (February 29, 2024) – One man died Tuesday night a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Beloit and Missouri Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m., at the 1900 block of Beloit Avenue.

As per law enforcement, a pedestrian walking on Beloit Avenue was struck by the driver of a northbound vehicle with a dark color. Following the collision, the driver fled the scene and executed a U-turn onto southbound Beloit.

The individual, reported to be in his early 30s, was transported by first responders to a local hospital where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The identity of the victim is currently undisclosed.
