Lindsay Lohan was off the hook temporarily after a judge issued a warrant for her arrest and the 23-year-old star came up with $20,000 in bond money needed to post $200,000 bail. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge in Beverly Hills put law enforcement on alert for Lohan after an alcohol sensing device alerted to the presence of booze while the actress was reported at an after-party following Sunday's MTV awards. (Lohan denied it, but her lawyer admitted it did go off). As part of her last bail agreement Lohan was supposed to stay away from alcohol and wear the SCRAM device on her ankle.

“She was in violation of the conditions of her bail, so her bail is forfeited,” Judge Marsha Revel said Tuesday.

Lohan was due back in court to explain the alcohol violation July 6. Her case stems from a 2007 DUI conviction. Lohan is supposed to attend alcohol education classes, submit to drug tests and stay away from booze, especially after she failed to check in with court last month.
