Girl-on-girl action is where it's at for Californians.

The home state of the adult video industry prefers “lesbian” porn to any other kind, according to a look at the top search terms at leading XXX tube site Pornhub.

“Lesbian searches carpet much of the West, Midwest and East Coast, making it the top-ranking term in more states than any other,” the site said in a statement.

In fact, lesbian is the No. 1 Pornhub category nationwide, too, the site says. So, with that, we're pretty mainstream here in the Golden State.

Some of the rest of the nation's preferences appear to be more freaky, if not downright perverted.

“'Step sister' is the preferred search in states like Wyoming, Montana, Minnesota, Ohio and Maine, while 'step mom' scores big in Alaska, Washington, Kentucky and New Hampshire,” the site says.

The South prefers its porn on the African-American side. Hawaii goes Asian. And Rhode Island likes MILFs, which is interesting, since the redheaded mom America loves most, Lois Griffin, is from Rhode Island.

Pornhub notes that this is an election  year. Yep. People in the Tea Party South like black women, and in the religiously conservative Midwest the favored term is “step sister.”

Makes sense.
