Jon StojanLagos Motors Group (LMG) is founded by entrepreneur and car enthusiast Samuel Odunukan. Centered around a goal to enhance operational practices within the automotive industry, he cultivates his extensive experience to build a fair and luxury-focused organization.
From his previous work within car dealerships, Samuel has cultivated over 10 years of hands-on experience. Upon founding his own company, he realized a growing demand for car dealerships that offer supportive and encouraging work environments for employees as well as their customers. He adds: “Selling cars can be seen as an art. You must know a great deal about the form and functions of a multitude of vehicles, presenting them in the most attractive way for customers from a range of different backgrounds. Often, employees in dealerships are blamed when sales are not made and by believing it’s their fault, many leave the profession and begin to feel demotivated in their career journeys.”

As a response, Samuel established Lagos Motors Group and ensured ethical and fair practices were at the heart of his company’s initiative. To this day, Samuel ensures his business model is attractive not only to buyers and consumers but also to the invaluable team members who work on the ground level.
