Chef AC Boral presented his touring pop-up restaurant “Rice & Shine” on Saturday inside Koreatown’s Escala restaurant and bar. Delicious Filipino flavors were presented in colorful and wonderfully succulent dishes. That along with live music by DJ Erok created the perfect brunch. All photos by Brian Feinzimer.
