Danish royalty King Diamond brought his epic falsetto to Los Angeles’ Wiltern Theater last night and again tonight for the lucky few who purchased tickets ahead of time. Interpreting his classic Abigail album with a few Mercyful Fate tracks thrown in, he didn’t let a soul down in the performance realm. The stage became his lair as the crowd was beckoned into his dark world. But he didn’t come alone. Bay Area thrash legends Exodus were there to begin the show and teach everyone the proper way to rip the night apart. Both bands worked their asses off and gave metal one hell of a good name. But apparently thousands of Los Angeles metalheads already knew that!
