John Sedlar Keeps Cooking

Chef John Sedlar may have closed Playa, but he shows no signs of slowing down. He's cooking at Rivera, his 4-year-old downtown restaurant, and working on his Museum Tamal, a food museum he has planned for downtown Los Angeles.
