Hollywood’s had its chance to hear men talk. Loudly. Endlessly. About their genitalia, their exes, and their half-baked trauma turned into Netflix specials. Cute. But now it’s Her turn.
HerVision Entertainment, founded by Brazilian-born actress, comedian, and creative hurricane Bruna Portugal, is here to flip the script, rip it up, actually, and build a new table where women immigrants and queer voices don’t just get a seat, they own the whole damn production.

After years of being told to “wait her turn,” “tone it down,” or worse, “smile more,” Bruna got tired of knocking on doors. So she built the house. HerVision is a production company unapologetically focused on bold, female-led comedy that centers women, queer stories, and immigrant perspectives, especially the ones Hollywood likes to slap a diversity sticker on without actually giving power to.
Bruna calls it “comedy with claws.” It’s funny, yes, but also dangerous, loud, feminine, and impossible to look away from. The company’s first project, Sorry Mom, Sorry Jesus! (taping June 20), is a stand-up special that tears through religion, men, marriage, and patriarchy like a pink hurricane in heels. And that’s just the beginning.

HerVision Entertainment isn’t here to fit into Hollywood. It’s here to make Hollywood deeply uncomfortable. And if you’re one of the men still clinging to your barstool at the boys’ club, take a good look around.
Your time is up. Your notice has been served.
