Japanese rock icon HYDE returns to America this November with his “HYDE [INSIDE] LIVE 2024 WORLD TOUR.” After five years, the frontman of L’Arc-en-Ciel and VAMPS will grace the stages of Brooklyn Steel on November 27 and The Novo in Los Angeles on November 30. Released digitally on September 13, 2024, with physical copies following on October 16, “HYDE [INSIDE]” represents the culmination of four years of creative development. The album showcases HYDE’s collaborative spirit through partnerships with an impressive roster of artists, including members of SiM, MY FIRST STORY, Crystal Lake, and his band members.
This collaboration has resulted in a diverse album of thirteen tracks, featuring eight previously released songs like “DEFEAT,” “ON MY OWN,” and “BELIEVING IN MYSELF,” along with five new compositions by both domestic and international artists. The album showcases HYDE’s dedication to pushing musical boundaries while preserving his signature sound.
The standout tracks from the album include “PANDORA,” the theme song for “Star Ocean 6 THE DIVINE FORCE,” and “DEFEAT,” an image song for “Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition.” Other notable songs are “I GOT 666,” “SOCIAL VIRUS,” and “LAST SONG,” showcasing HYDE’s versatility in blending rock with diverse elements for his fans.
