Eugenia Dioguardi is an Image and Styling Consultant of extraordinary ability whose work has been featured in high profile editorials, events, and collaborations including Art Basel, Miami Swim Week, and the Latin Billboard Awards. She has a presence that quietly stands out, something that goes far beyond her eye for fashion. She is not just styling clothes but also confidence, emotion, and self-expression. At a time when images can feel manufactured and filtered, Eugenia brings a kind of honesty to the styling world that’s both rare and refreshing.
Her journey into styling didn’t begin with fashion school or magazine dreams. It began, simply, with being different.
“I grew up feeling very different from the rest of my family,” she says. “Styling gave me a sense of control and confidence. I have always seen myself as a beautiful person—not just on the outside but from within—and I believe styling allowed me to show the way I felt about myself to others.”
That self-awareness, especially from such a young age, speaks to a deeper mission Eugenia carries with her into every project: styling as identity, not disguise. For her, fashion isn’t about hiding flaws or following trends but about helping people feel seen.
Fashion as Narrative
Dioguardi brings storytelling into every outfit, turning style into a personal expression. She doesn’t create looks to impress an audience or fit into a mold.
“I do not want to style someone to help them achieve someone else’s standard of beauty,” she explains. “I want them to feel powerful, seen, and beautiful… I am not here to make someone fit into a box. I am here to help them break out of it.”
Eugenia’s edge lies in her emotional honesty, she dares to lead with meaning in an industry that can often favor aesthetics over authenticity. She leans into contrasts, mixes what shouldn’t work, and finds freedom in disruption.
“If I had to describe my style in three words,” she says, “I’d say: bold, emotional, and playful.”

The Process Behind the Magic
Every project she works on starts with real conversations and a clear sense of what matters to everyone involved. “Usually, I start by talking with the creative director to understand the concept,” she explains. “Then I connect with the photographer to make sure we’re all aligned… We build the moodboard, source the pieces, schedule fittings—and then finally, the shoot.”
But there’s another layer most people don’t see: the emotional and creative labor behind the scenes.
“So much of styling is about staying calm, solving problems on the spot, and making sure everyone feels good,” she says. “It’s not just about putting clothes on people, it’s about creating a whole feeling.”
That insight became especially clear during a recent cover shoot styled in collaboration with Miami Vibes Magazine and renowned Chef Cristian Valdez. It was her first time working with a male subject for a major publication. Nothing went as planned: pieces got lost in shipment, there was no time for proper fittings, and the whole project teetered on the edge of unraveling.
“But somehow,” she says, “through all that chaos, it ended up being one of my favorite experiences… I had to problem-solve fast, trust my gut, and stay grounded under pressure.”
The result? A powerful set of images and a deeper confidence in her own resilience.
Beyond editorial work, Eugenia has contributed to the creative styling of major productions including Art Basel installations, Miami Swim Week, and Latin Billboard Awards. These large scale, high visibility events reflect the level of trust placed in her ability to shape image narratives for performers and brands alike.
Style With Soul
Eugenia’s approach to professional growth is as grounded as her styling philosophy. While many stylists chase big names, she’s building something more enduring: a voice.
“I know good things come to those who wait,” Dioguardi says. “And my passion for styling, alongside my determination and patience, will take me exactly where I need to be.”
She’s not interested in surface level style, her focus is guiding clients towards a more honest and empowering expression of themselves. Her collaborations span across fashion publication and live productions, often chosen for her ability to deliver emotionally resonant styling under creative constraints. She’s looking for collaborators who care about storytelling, not just spectacle. And when it comes to staying creatively fueled, Eugenia doesn’t look to trends, instead, she looks everywhere.
“I find inspiration in the smallest and most random details,” she says. “I could be walking down the street and seeing someone’s outfit, hearing a song, or people-watching and imagining their story.”
She’s moved by emotion, by energy, by people who dare to show up as themselves. It’s no surprise that she gives so much of that same courage to her clients.
For the Next Generation
Eugenia hasn’t forgotten what it’s like to be new in the industry. Her advice to aspiring stylists is as practical as it is heartfelt.
“Work hard and take whatever opportunity you get,” she says. “Internships are a great way to learn hands-on. Each styling production is different, and as an intern, you can learn more than in a classroom.”
But she also urges beginners to stay open and to trust the process.
“Sometimes things will not be exactly as you envisioned… but that’s part of the creative journey. Styling doesn’t have fixed rules. That’s what makes it so exciting.”
What she’s building, slowly and intentionally, is more than a career. It’s a craft shaped by courage, connection, and a bold sense of self. In a world where so much style feels curated for likes and algorithms, Eugenia is choosing something more lasting: authenticity.
In an industry driven by trends and visibility, Eugenia’s approach to authenticity, emotional resonance, and collaboration is establishing her as a distinctive and trusted voice in contemporary styling.
