Event Services on Demand LLC, founded by Robert Wagner, has offered a suite of entertainment companies to position itself as one of the most creative contributors to San Diego’s hospitality scene. Wagner, a bartender with more than 20 years of experience, has navigated America’s diverse mixology and events landscape. That extensive worldview translated into building the umbrella company, which extends to Bartenders on Demand, Bikini Bartenders on Demand, and Sexy Strippers on Demand.
Wagner’s career began in fine dining at a young age. “I didn’t even know how to make drinks. But the owner said, ‘I can teach anybody how to make a cocktail, I can’t teach personality. That’s what sets a great bartender apart.’ And that’s how I got into the bartending world,” Wagner explains.
From there, he ventured into Miami’s high-energy mixology bars and Southern California’s luxury pool parties. Through every occasion, there was a running thread rooted in created experiences that linger long after the cocktail is served.
Bartenders on Demand was Wagner’s first venture under the Event Services umbrella, created out of repeated requests from clients who admired his craft. Serving weddings, corporate events, sporting events, and private celebrations across Southern California, the company offers a variety of activations and setups, encompassing LED-lit bars and intimate pop-ups. The bartenders, Wagner notes, are employed on the basis of certifications and insured licenses. “Every employee is vetted for personability and professionalism,” he shares. “A cocktail without a story is just liquid in a glass. Our bartenders bring the story and create the memories.”

Its subsidiary company, Bikini Bartenders On Demand, followed organically after a client suggested professional bartenders in swimwear for a high-end poolside event. “It was a woman CEO who gave me the idea,” Wagner recalls. “She wanted a relaxed, fun vibe without compromising professionalism. It was a simple concept, but it changed the way I thought about mobile entertainment.” Inspired by that idea, the company now serves Southern California, Arizona, Tampa, and New York City, not limited to, but catering bachelor parties, yacht gatherings, and luxury pool events. The bartenders, he emphasizes, are treated with utmost respect to establish a safe workplace environment.

Sexy Strippers On Demand is Wagner’s response to client demand for adult entertainment while keeping standards high. He explains, “We’re setting a standard for mobile adult entertainment that respects both the client and the talent.” Wagner emphasizes that across all his companies, every event organized includes the same level of energy and engagement designed to elevate the gathering beyond logistics and into a narrative experience. “Everybody already expects a cocktail, but what catches them off-guard is the experience; that’s what people talk about in reviews,” he says. “That’s what separates us.”

Attention to client experience drives every decision Wagner makes. “We’re creating an environment where people feel seen, entertained, and cared for. Every event is unique, and our staff is trained to reflect that,” he notes. With a high-level of professionalism and approachability, Wagner curates every event, keeping a personal touch in mind, from the first client brief to the final toast.
For the future, Wagner plans to launch Munchies On Demand, a mobile food service designed to complement his entertainment and bartending divisions. “We want to offer a turnkey service, a complete event experience,” he says. “When clients can get drinks, food, and entertainment seamlessly, the event becomes effortless and memorable.”
