Fellas from fun ’n’ flamboyant music acts take the decks in Hollywood this week, and though they’re on the same night, at least they’re within prancing distance. Dim Mak Tuesdays presents the official record-release party for Fischerspooner’s new single, “Supply and Demand,” with the duo serving up a special DJ set. If Casey Spooner’s stint at Control at Avalon earlier this year is any indication, the boys will be bouncing some intense Euro-dance and electro beats. Above Avalon, the androgynous (hot) mess called Mr. Black offers Paper magazine and Svedka’s futuristic-themed DJ tour, headlined by the Scissor Sisters’ own Sammy Jo, with Nita and local fave Josh Peace supporting. This one is hosted by some of the sauciest club scenesters from both L.A. and NYC, so expect interpretation of the eve’s futuristic dress code to yield loads of intergalactic glamour. Bardot, 1737 N.
