CELEBRATING THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF IVAN SHULMAN’S TENURE AS MUSIC DIRECTOR

PROGRAM: The first concert of 2019-20 heralds our 67th consecutive season and celebrates the 30th anniversary of Maestro Ivan Shulman’s tenure as Music Director. Under his guidance, the orchestra has grown in quality and expertise and become a venerated institution in the Westside musical community. The program will include:

TOMASO ALBINONI: CONCERTO FOR TWO OBOES AND ORCHESTRA IN F-MAJOR Op. 9, No. 3
(featuring oboists Bennett Lopez and Bom An)
ROBERT SCHUMANN: SYMPHONY NO. 1 IN B-FLAT MAJOR OP. 38 (SPRING)
