Back for an encore, Cordon Bleu-trained Chef Lisa Baker Morgan is hosting a virtual series of three fun and interactive cooking classes with proceeds benefitting Children’s Institute. Join us for Dinner in Paris — we’ll cook together, toast each other and learn from a pro. Attendees will receive an ingredients list ahead of time and Lisa will lead us in preparing seasonal culinary delights from the comfort of our own kitchens.

Monday, February 22, 5:30-6:30pm: Savory soufflé with winter greens and citrus salad paired with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Ceja Vineyards

Monday, April 19, 5:30-6:30pm: Fish and spring vegetables

Monday, May 17, 5:30-6:30pm: Refreshing summer favorites

About Lisa Baker Morgan

Lisa Baker Morgan earned her culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She is the co-author of Homegrown Herb Garden and author of Paris, Part Time and Simple Pleasures: fifty-two weeks of turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary moments.

For many years, she authored a travel and food blog, and has written numerous guest articles for food websites and blogs. She was featured in The Mothers of Reinvention as a mother who faced change in a positive way. In addition to her writing and cooking endeavors, Lisa has taken on humanitarian and philanthropic causes in the United States and internationally, including advocacy on behalf of adults and children who have endured childhood sexual assault and trauma.
