Calendar: City of STEM – Virtual Event

LA's best STEM teachers, experiences and activities made available virtually for one day!

Initiated by Mayor Eric Garcetti, the event will have over 18 hours of coverage from NASA engineers to the science behind magic. In fact, viewers will get a live show from Jason Latimer, host of Youtube’s recently released “Impossible Science” series. He’ll be performing an exciting demonstration to show kids of all ages just how magical (literally) science can be!

Here are the Details:

+ The event will stream live on YouTube on October 10th. More details can be found at the City of Stem’s website – here.
+ Over 18 hours of content.
+ There will be multiple events at once so there will be something for everyone!
+ Content is for learners all ages, from early preschool to high school students who are interested in STEM careers.
The day will kick off with a concert from the Amoeba people, who celebrate STEM through their music!
