Dia de Los Reyes is Thursday, January 6 and Rosca de Reyes Cakes are available at La Monarca Bakery to celebrate Three Kings Day. The traditional, circle-shaped desserts are studded with dried fruit to symbolize the jeweled crowns worn by the three wise men and whoever finds the baby figurine in their slice must throw a party on February 2 for family and friends.

La Monarca’s cake features buttery sweet brioche dough, garnished with pecans, candied cactus and their signature butter-based cookie crust, with a baby figurine on the side for hiding on your own.
