Daryl Hall & John Oates Can Go for a Hollywood Show: So Hall & Oates don’t like being called Hall & Oates? They’ve always used their full names? But it feels so damn clunky. Hey though, they’re their names.

That said, Hall & Oates will be performing at the Hollywood Bowl this weekend and, even better, they’re bringing Squeeze with them. There hasn’t been a new H&O studio album since the 2006 Christmas album, although they did release the “Philly Forget Me Not” single with Train in 2018.

No matter — this will surely be a greatest hits set taking in “I Can’t Go for That (No Can Do)” and of course “Maneater.”  Squeeze has to play “Tempted” and “Cool for Cats.” Sounds like a great night.
