Billy Burgess and Cheyne Hauk bring back their dapper hap, SOCIETY, on Saturday, marking the third anniversary of the bash known for its roaring retro-style getups and pansexual shenanigans. Alexis Arquette will be mistress of ceremonies for the flamboyant affair also featuring DJs Cat NYC (Mr. Black NYC) and Travis “TK” Disko (Hot Biscuit LA), plus live performances by Byata, Countre Black, Rhea Litre, Ricky Rebel and Hector Xtravaganza. Danceism, BBE, Scion and others throw this monthly shindig boasting a bevy of beatsters: Stretch Armstrong, Dominique Keegan, Robot Love, Ben Oprstu, the Kids Are Radio Active (Binary) and others. Swimming, dancing and outdoor fun including kite-flying, body/face painting, live art, interactive art and contests (the how-low-can-a-hipster-go limbo bout should be entertaining).
