The Chinese New Year Festival held Saturday, Feb. 4, in Los Angeles' historic Chinatown had a Golden Dragon Parade, firecrackers galore and a food truck alley. Best of all, it had a cooking stage, where for five hours Master Chef finalist Felix Fang hosted Royce “The Rogue Chef” Burke, chef Ivy Wei, pastry goddess Isa Fabro of Unit 120, and the Pie Hole's very own chef Beth Kellerhalls in a marathon cooking session of Lunar New Year favorites.
