As street food in Los Angeles ascended from roach-coach jokes to hipster late-night snacks to mainstream acclaim, it found a champion in Bill Esparza, a man who calls himself the world’s first tacorazzo. Esparza’s Street Gourmet LA travels all over Los Angeles and the rest (yes, we worded that correctly) of Latin America, bringing back heaping plates of intrigue and steaming bowls of comfort. He makes us want to travel, even in our own city.
