Stuart Eubanks is behind this oddly named, innovative Caribbean food stand, which doles out flatbread sandwiches known as Trinidadian doubles (stuffed with the likes of curried chickpeas) and goat curry with sweet plantains. There are vegan options, too. Eubanks is a classically trained chef who's worked for Roy Choi and Michael Voltaggio, and he's been making Caribbean comfort food since he was 15. It's some of the best you'll ever have. The catch is that you can only find Eubanks' fare at the Echo Park and Crenshaw Farmers Market, but his goat curry is worth wading through the crowds. Pro tip: Pair everything with a side of Eubanks' perfect hot sauce.
