If dumplings are your thing (and if they're not they should be), you ought to have been in San Gabriel for the third annual Dumpling & Beer Fest on Oct. 5. The event featured a dumpling-eating contest, the crowning of the best dumpling and, of course, a wide variety of dumplings and beer from a variety of vendors.
