Founded in 1998 by Dr. Edward F. Group III, DC, NP, Global Healing provides customers with premium, science-backed cleansing regimens and dietary supplements that nurture the body’s innate ability to heal from within. It takes a comprehensive and holistic health perspective, encompassing diet, exercise, supplementation, environment, and mindfulness practices.
Global Healing uses the finest global ingredients and meticulously refines its manufacturing processes, driving innovation in the industry through research and development. It has developed several proprietary processing methods to ensure that its products deliver the maximum benefit to customers. These include its Raw Herbal Extract™ technology, which aims to unleash the full healing potential of herbs. Global Healing preserves the integrity of the botanicals through this method, without using heat, alcohol, or harsh chemicals. It uses ORMUS Supercharged Minerals, a unique blend of activated, crystallized, alkaline salts that makes the liquid extraction more bioavailable, balanced, and stable. The result is an all-natural, pure, and potent formula that retains each plant’s natural aromas, flavors, and essences.
Meanwhile, its MicroSomal™ technology is the latest development in rapid delivery supplementation of advanced nutraceuticals. MicroSomal™ Technology uses glycerosomes, which are especially effective in penetrating and absorbing through tissue and cells due to their much smaller size compared to standard liposomes, resulting in more bioavailability and greater effect. The technology can hold both water-soluble and fat-soluble ingredients, and depending on those ingredients and preparation methods, comes in single-layer or multi-layer forms.
According to Dr. Group, the company decided to build a new manufacturing facility due to rapid business growth over the past few years, partially fuelled by increasing health consciousness among the public following the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, he observed that the demand for liquid supplements is outpacing powder supplements due to optimal absorption.
Using Global Healing’s proprietary processes, manufacturing liquid supplements can take longer to create a single batch, but this is by design, as it mimics the life-creation process. Active ingredients are carefully combined with organic vegetable glycerin and triple distilled biophotonic structured water, and macerated in glass vessels. All equipment that comes into contact with the products does not contain plastic, protecting it from contamination with potentially toxic compounds.
As an all-natural vegan brand, Global Healing implements stringent internal and third-party testing with industry-leading equipment, screening for proper plant identification, potency levels, microbial presence, and heavy metal content. It also uses recyclable and compostable materials in all packaging containers, reducing the negative environmental impact by minimizing waste.
“We are continually finetuning our product formulas, how we source supplement ingredients, and our manufacturing processes,” Dr. Group says. “We believe in cleansing your internal and external environment to restore your body’s self-healing mechanisms, and it’s our responsibility to provide the purest, all-natural, vegan-friendly supplements and cleansing programs. Our upcoming Houston facility will greatly help us scale up our manufacturing capabilities and meet growing market demand.”
