A Day at the Huntington Library


One of the L.A. area's hidden gems is the Huntington Library, located in Pasadena. Henry Edward Huntington, one of the owners of the Central Pacific Railroad, bought the property which which was once the San Marino Ranch. It was transformed into a showcase that now houses fine art, literary masterpieces, manuscripts, scientific collections, and stunning botanical gardens. All photos by Michele McManmon.
