Nearly everyone has received a message in their spam filter from someone offering to be their sugar daddy, but most of the time it’s a total scam.
Not for Nyla Caselli—though she didn’t meet her sugar daddy online. Instead, she met hers at the airport just one week after splitting from her ex-boyfriend. The 23-year-old model opened up about her experience being a sugar baby to a man who allegedly worked for the CIA.
A model claims her life completely changed after she became involved with a mysterious man who allegedly revealed that he worked for the CIA. In addition to weekly shopping sprees and an “emergency bank account” that had $250,000 in it, Caselli’s sugar daddy regularly surprised her with bank transfers “just because he missed her.”
In her interview Caselli chose the name James for the alleged CIA agent as she discussed how they met.
“I met James a week after ending things with a cheating ex. We met at the airport of all places.”
The influencer continued: “James stopped me and told me how beautiful I was, and invited me out for dinner. On our first date, he took me to a very exclusive restaurant where everyone seemed to know him, which really impressed me.”
She enjoyed the date, explaining: “He was the perfect gentleman. At the end of the date, he ordered a car to take me home. The next morning, James picked me up to go shopping and bought me a Chanel bag. Soon, he became my sugar daddy.”
But she didn’t know what he did for work in the beginning. She initially thought he was just another rich business man.
“James travelled a lot for work and owned a few businesses. We would meet in different countries – LA, Morocco, Switzerland. He would fly out to see me or, if he was abroad, would pay for me to fly out to wherever he was.”
But even though he was showering her with luxurious gifts, fancy trips, and nearly anything she wanted, he refused to answer questions about his personal life.
“James was always very private – no photos, no social media and no probing questions about his personal life. I didn’t complain because he loved spending money on me – he once transferred $40,000 to my bank account just because he missed me.”
Caselli said she felt like she was starring in a movie, and that she wasn’t worried about his secrecy.
“I didn’t need answers – it was a win-win.”
And for Caselli, it was. She enjoyed the $10,000-a-month penthouse he moved her into in downtown Los Angeles — and the new breasts he paid for, too.
But after three months, James revealed his big secret.
Caselli said: “He said it so casually – ‘I work for the CIA, that’s why I can’t post photos or stay in one place too long’. I thought he was joking at first. But what he said made sense; James had an encrypted phone, bodyguards, private drivers and would do security checks before we entered hotels.”
She went on: “He trusted me to keep his secrets, and in return, I never had to worry about anything. There were always two sides to our trips – the romance and the sense that something bigger was happening.”
She enjoyed the excitement and didn’t mind keeping her questions to herself because “it didn’t feel like it was any of my business.”
After a year or so, James moved overseas and the two drifted apart. But her time with James was enough to give Caselli the confidence (and cash) to move on.
She looked back on the experience and added: “I make more than enough money these days so I don’t need a sugar daddy. But I’ll always remember James fondly.”
