Alina, who is based in Melbourne, Australia, runs Spiritual Spark Guidance, a growing spiritual transformation and energy healing business. Her approach is not the typical one-size-fits-all model that dominates the self-help and coaching industry. Instead, she offers personalized, one-on-one sessions-what she calls her “best-selling service”, specifically designed for people who feel stuck in their 9-to-5 jobs but sense there’s more to life.

“Unlike many coaches who put people in group containers-which isn’t bad, I know that someone with a 9-5 job, who’s just starting to live the life they desire, needs personalized one-on-one support,” she says.

Alina’s sessions draw on her training as a 7D Light Language Practitioner, a role that blends guided meditation, energy alignment, and what she describes as “soul remembrance.” Clients are guided to step out of their everyday identities, meet a higher version of themselves, and return with a new sense of purpose and clarity. The process is deeply emotional-“most of the people actually end up crying,” she notes-because it asks them to confront what they truly want, not just what society tells them to want.

From Stuck to Sovereign

The heart of Alina’s method is what she calls “7D alignment.” While the terminology may sound esoteric, the results are tangible. She has helped a parent support their autistic child through energy alignment, guided clients to secure pay increases by changing their mindset around abundance, and empowered others to launch side businesses while holding down corporate jobs.

“The most significant achievement is seeing people find their inner peace, step into the knowing that they are the sovereign of their own reality, and realize they can create everything they desire,” she says.

This focus on sovereignty, on helping clients become the authors of their own lives, sets her apart from many in the spiritual coaching world, where formulae and step-by-step guides often dominate. Alina’s approach is less about following a script and more about helping people remember their own power.

A Market in Flux

Alina’s rise comes at a time when the spiritual transformation and energy healing industry is booming. Globally, the wellness market is valued at over $1.5 trillion, according to McKinsey, and Americans are among the most active consumers of holistic health services. Yet the industry is crowded, with major players like Mindvalley, Sonia Choquette, and Michael Beck commanding massive audiences and offering slick group programs.

Alina, by contrast, is setting a name for herself by focusing on the “real, grounded struggles” of everyday people-those who can’t simply quit their jobs to chase a dream, but who want to bring more meaning and alignment into their existing lives. “Not everyone can just drop whatever they’re doing, or forget about what their usual lives are, just because they feel more compelled to answer a specific calling,” she observes.

It is a message that resonates. Her Instagram following has grown to nearly a thousand, and her business has generated $150,000 in annual revenue, with a target of $1 million this year. But for Alina, the numbers are secondary to the transformations she witnesses.

Personalized Over Prescribed

The trend toward personalized support is not unique to Alina, but her insistence on one-on-one sessions, rather than group coaching-reflects a growing skepticism about “cookie-cutter” solutions. She argues that many people do not even know what they want until they are given the space to explore it deeply.

“A lot of people don’t actually know what they want. They all come with things like, ‘Oh, I just wanna earn another 50K,’ or ‘win the lottery.’ But when you ask them in detail, they struggle,” she explains.

Her process involves helping clients clarify their desires, guiding them through meditation, and encouraging them to take small, courageous steps. Sometimes that means asking for a raise; other times, it’s about launching a side project or simply finding the confidence to speak up at work. The key, she says, is to align with what truly matters to the individual-not just what looks good on paper.

Corporate Life as a Spiritual Laboratory

Perhaps the most unusual aspect of Alina’s story is her refusal to give up her corporate job, even as her spiritual business grows. Where many coaches tout the virtues of leaving the 9-to-5 behind, she sees value in staying connected to the realities her clients face.

“I prefer to juggle multiple commitments and perform my best in each of them,” she says. “It keeps me engaged and productive everyday.”

This choice gives her credibility with clients who are not ready, or able, to take the leap into full-time entrepreneurship or spiritual work. It also keeps her grounded in the day-to-day challenges that so many people face.

A Call for Balance

Alina’s story is a reminder that the search for meaning does not have to come at the expense of stability, and that spiritual mastery is not reserved for those who can afford to retreat from the world. In a time when so many are searching for answers, her approach offers a simple but powerful challenge: what if the path to fulfillment is not about choosing one world over another, but about finding harmony between them?

“You have the power, and as long as you take a deep breath to think in making decisions, you’ll succeed in attaining what you want. You just need to trust and do, because if you want something, most likely it is already yours,” Alina says.

The real work, she suggests, is not in escaping the grind, but in bringing light to it, one person, one session, one act of courage at a time.
