When you think of an OnlyFans model, you likely think of a thin young 20-something strutting around in her underwear for cash. But Reenaye Starr of Holiday, Florida, will have you rethinking those expectations.

Starr makes thousands of dollars a month on the subscription-based platform as a 44-year old woman who weighs 800 pounds — one who specializes in fetish content. Starr began fetish modeling back in 2008 when she weighed closer to 300 pounds, but a car accident the next year broke her right foot and left her disabled. Her weight has increased since then and led to her unique career path.

Now, Starr enjoys charging for bizarre online requests. Including rolepaying as a giant that eats tiny people. She works around eight hours a day, earning roughly $5,000 a month between her OnlyFans content and her phone sex work.

She shared about her work: “The sex work industry is incredibly open-minded – there’s a lot of acceptance for different body types and abilities.”

Starr concedes that conventional beauty may matter for mainstream porn, but not for fetish modeling. ”People don’t necessarily need a sexual component for it to be satisfying. It’s about the niche, the fantasy, and sometimes just the aesthetic.”

And people will pay for incredibly niche content.

“I also do VOR, which is the fantasy of pretending to be a giant eating tiny people.” For custom videos, Starr charges $15 per minute — with a 10 minute minimum.

She explained: “So I can make $150 from just one request. Though there are business expenses – props, costumes, travel, and paying other people. The income varies depending on how much content I put out.”

What kind of content?

“I’ve played a breeding cow, a piggy eating on all fours. It’s a lot of acting and overacting to bring these fantasies to life.”

But Starr insists that this fetish modeling isn’t just about sex. “A lot of fetish work is about extremes – whether that’s being extremely muscular, extremely fat, or extremely small. I’ve also worked with other disabled sex workers because this job allows you to work from home and be creative on your own terms,” she explained.

And that’s exactly why many people find themselves in this unusual line of work. Starr insists that most models like her are “normal” people with unusual jobs.

“I like to cook, garden, and do crossword puzzles – normal things. My work may be out there, but I’m just living my life like anyone else.”

Though she acknowledges that some people are concerned about her weight, she insists that she feels happy and healthy as she is. And no, she has no plans to lose weight.

“People assume my health is bad because of my size, but my tests say otherwise. I take vitamins, stay active in ways that work for me, and take care of myself,” the model claims.

Starr also noted that she typically only gets negative feedback on her YouTube videos, not her OnlyFans or other fetish content. Why? Because “they love fat women doing fat things.”

Regardless of the feedback, Starr plans to keep on being herself at whatever size she chooses to be.
