30-Year-Old Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash near Auto Center Drive

ANTIOCH, CA (May 9, 2024)Thomas Coleman died Sunday afternoon in a 2-vehicle crash on West 10th Street and Auto Center Drive. Police officers responded to the scene around 4:07 p.m. After an initial inquiry, it was found that a northbound blue Acura sedan collided with a westbound silver Lexus SUV as they both entered the intersection. Despite efforts to save him, the 30-year-old male driver of the Acura, identified later as Coleman from Pittsburg, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Emergency responders transported the driver and passenger of the Lexus, both 33-year-old women, to a hospital for medical attention. Authorities in Antioch urge witnesses of the fatal two-vehicle crash on West 10th Street to reach out to the police at (925) 778-2441. Further details will be provided once available.
