Male Driver Pronounced Dead after 2-Car Accident near El Camino Real

GROVER BEACH, CA (May 10, 2024) – One man was killed killed late Wednesday afternoon, in a two-car crash on North Oak Park Boulevard. The incident occurred at approximately 4:58 p.m., near El Camino Real. As per Grover Beach police, two vehicles collided under unknown circumstances, resulting in fatal injuries to one of the drivers. The identity of the deceased male driver remains undisclosed. However, the driver of the second vehicle escaped without injuries. Subsequently, a 300-foot section of Oak Park Boulevard was closed as crews worked to clear the area. Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach Police Departments also provided assistance at the scene. Individuals with further information about the incident are urged to promptly contact the Grover Beach Police Department.
