39-Year-Old Man Arrested after Single-Vehicle Crash near Seal Beach Boulevard

SEAL BEACH, CA (March 6, 2024)Victor Carranza died early Monday morning in a solo-car accident on North Gate Road and Seal Beach Boulevard. The incident occurred at approximately 2:00 a.m.

Carranza reportedly lost control of the vehicle he was driving, and ended up overturning on the road. Consequently, the female passenger was thrown onto the road. Upon reaching the scene, medical personnel declared the female passenger deceased.

Shortly after, authorities apprehended Carranza, a 39-year-old resident of Los Angeles, under suspicion of causing bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
