The Greater Palm Springs Food and Wine Festival brought out some of the Coachella Valley's best local restaurants and established favorites over the Feb. 16-17 weekend at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort. From Indio's Big Rock Golf & Pub ghost pepper tequila and cauliflower ceviche to the Mediterranean flavors of Daniel's Table in Cathedral City, it was a diverse taste of the valley to help kick off Modernism Week.
