Motorcycle-Vehicle Accident near Sequoia Street Left Two Fatalities

HESPERIA, CA (October 31, 2022) – Sunday night, Raul Carrillo Luna and one other man died following a motorcycle collision on Cottonwood Avenue. 

The collision happened on October 16th, at around 7:24 p.m., near the intersection of Cottonwood Avenue and Sequoia Street.

According to reports, a 2021 Honda CBR motorcycle failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a 2010 Subaru Outback. The impact of the collision left both drivers with serious injuries.

Emergency crews arrived shortly after and pronounced both of the victims dead at the scene. The deceased victims were identified as a 43-year-old Raul Carrillo Luna and a 22-year-old male from Hesperia.

Meanwhile, medical personnel transported the passenger of the Subaru, a 71-year-old woman, to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
