Two-Car Accident in West LA Drive Resulted in One Fatality, One Hospitalized

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 28, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, a two-vehicle collision on West Pico Boulevard claimed the life of one person. Officers responded to the crash at around 1:30 p.m. near the 6000 block of West Pico Boulevard. Upon arrival, they discovered a truck that collided with an SUV, which both crashed into a nearby building. As a result, one of the people involved sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead. The Los Angeles County Coroner will release their identity to the public once the next of kin has been notified. The other individual was injured and subsequently hospitalized by first responders. In the end, the authorities shut down the area as crews investigated and cleared the scene.
