Sleepless transformed the Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, filling it with the sounds and visuals of some of Cuba’s most talented artists. The late-night event was presented on Friday, Dec. 1, as part of “Cuba: Antes, Ahora / Then, Now” associated with the Getty-led initiative Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA.
Dancing, live music, video installations, sound immersion and treats from Porto's Bakery gave attendees the chance to experience varieties of Cuban culture overnight in the heart of downtown LA.
