OnlyFans star Emily Mai reveals the bizarre fetishes which earned her six-figures while pregnant

Australian OnlyFans creator Emily Mai has built an unlikely six-figure career by embracing motherhood on her own terms. While initially joining the platform so she could raise her kids with flexibility, what she discovered was a world of fetishes she’d never even heard of.

“I became a creator because I knew that I would become a mum one day, and I wanted to have the flexibility to work around my kids schedules”, she said. “I started the account while I was working as a dancer, because I knew I didn’t want to work the clubs anymore once I became pregnant”.

As a former stripper and pole-dancer, Emily worried that pregnancy would damage her online career. Instead, she found it brought an entirely new – and even more generous – audience.

“I lost a lot of followers and subscribers, because my branding changed completely. But even though it went down really bad, my income went up because I attracted a lot of ‘pregnancy guys’ who were just so thoughtful, caring and generous”, she said.

Some fans even went beyond subscriptions. Emily recalls being showered with gifts and care packages – from flowers and food hampers to satisfy pregnancy cravings, to vouchers so she could purchase baby products.

“Some subscribers role-played as my partner – like we were in a long-distance relationship. There was definitely that energy of, ‘I want to take care of you and make sure you and the baby are okay’”, she said.

Others were turned on by the idea of a man behind the scenes.

“They’ll ask, ‘Oh, do you have a partner? Does he get mad at you? Does he like this?’ You can tell by the way they’re asking, they’re not just curious about my life – they’re getting off on it”, Emily explained. “For them, it’s a cuck thing. They want my baby daddy to be the cuck, you know?”.

What Emily didn’t expect was the unusual custom requests that would turn her into one of Australia’s most unique OnlyFans stars.

“My most unique custom requests would be lactation content – you know, like licking my nipples, sucking my nipples, spraying my milk, drinking my milk, spraying my milk on someone, or role playing me feeding them my milk”, she explained. “It’s not in a ‘Oh, you’re my baby’ way, but a ‘mummy, dom’, way”.

Some of her most popular videos were filmed while performing the everyday tasks of a new-born mum.

“I have a video where I explained how sore and full my breasts were because I hadn’t pumped for 12 hours – I just made a video of me expressing and squirting my milk and that really popped off”, she said. “I think it’s a breeding fetish – guys want to feel like I’m serving them, or something like that”.

Other requests include belly button play and ‘eating content’.

“A few guys want me to poke and squish my stomach around so my belly button is moving, or do eating videos where I show my food and talk about how full I’m getting while rubbing my belly”, she said.

She also discovered ‘spontaneous pregnancy role-plays’ – a fetish she wasn’t aware of until her fans paid her to perform it.

“What spontaneous pregnancy involves is to act as though eating or touching something has made me pregnant”, she explained. “I really don’t know where it all stems from, but these pregnancy-obsessed guys really helped stabilise me. I actually ended up making more money being pregnant than not”.

Emily believes her willingness to post pregnancy content as an Asian creator has played a significant role in her popularity.

“You have a short window of time where a creator is heavily pregnant and willing to share content”, she said. “I think being Asian played into it, because for one, not every creator shows their pregnancy, and two, I don’t really know of many Asian creators that have, so it’s like a double fetish for them”.

While her success is undeniable, Emily says she still receives judgement and criticism – with backlash intensifying upon announcement of her second pregnancy.

“I’ve had people ask if I got pregnant again just so that I could make more money. Honestly, is that not the stupidest question ever?” she said. “I’ll have this person for the rest of my life. That’s a lifetime commitment, and it doesn’t even compare to what I’d make in a year on OnlyFans”.

Despite negative comments, Emily’s pregnancy content continues to perform strongly and remains in demand today.

“My old pregnancy videos are still some of my top selling content. I even ended up having to buy a fake pregnancy belly to keep up with demand”, she said.

For Emily Mai, embracing niche requests hasn’t just grown her income – it’s given her the freedom to focus on her children, while opening her up to a world of unexpected fetishes along the way.
