A Hollywood Legacy: Making Movie Magic

Fun Fact: Ever heard that three of the eight highest-grossing movies ever were shot at Trilith Studios? One of them, Spider-Man: No Way Home, had Peter Parker swinging through New York City, but behind the scenes, he was jumping around the stages and special effects pads at Trilith. This blockbuster filmed there from 2019 to 2021, showing off its top-notch facilities and tech. Even when COVID-19 hit hard, Trilith Studios was one of the first to get back in action, proving its strength and dedication to storytelling.

But it’s not just about Spidey. Trilith Studios has set the scene for some major productions, including Marvel blockbusters like Avengers: Endgame, WandaVision, and Loki. With 32 soundstages spread over 740 acres, it’s a playground for filmmakers to bring their ideas to life. As Lori Lane, President of the New Homes Division at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, puts it, “Trilith is where makers live, create, and inspire the world.”

Why Trilith is Drawing Celebrities from Los Angeles

Atlanta is solidifying its status as a center for the entertainment industry, and Trilith is pulling in a wave of stars and creators from Los Angeles. Lori Lane explains, “Atlanta offers a unique combo of affordability, quality of life, and a thriving entertainment scene. Our state’s friendly tax incentives and production credits have made Georgia a top spot for film and TV production.”

Compared to LA, Trilith serves up luxury living at a way better price. The average home here costs a lot less than in other entertainment hotspots, yet you get amazing amenities, privacy, and a creative vibe. Plus, it’s just a quick drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, so it’s no wonder celebs are making their way to this community.

A Place to Play and Stay

Trilith’s food scene is also a big draw for people living here and visiting. Local favorites like ENZO Steakhouse and Sensu Sushi dish out amazing dining experiences, while the nightlife in town gives everyone a chance to kick back and connect. Lori Lane, who visits often on weekends, loves to brag about the town’s charm, saying, “Every time I visit Trilith, I’m reminded of its unique ability to blend creativity and tranquility. It’s truly a place where you can recharge and find inspiration.”
