One Fatality Reported after Pedestrian Crash on Ninth Street

POMONA, CA (May 9, 2024) – Early Sunday, a pedestrian fell victim to a hit-and-run incident on Towne Avenue. Around 1:35 a.m., law enforcement rushed to the scene near Ninth Street in Pomona, after receiving dispatch calls.

Initial reports indicate that a driver collided with a pedestrian in the vicinity and fled without rendering aid.
