Delaney was born in Monroeville, Alabama, and moved from the Deep South to the West Coast of the United States. Moving to San Diego in 2001 allowed him to immerse himself in diverse musical and cultural experiences, shaping his multifaceted career. He faced struggles many young men, especially those from marginalized communities, encounter. Still, he didn’t succumb to the challenges and used them as fuel to thrive.

In 2019, he launched Rave King Productions LLC. Delaney initially founded it as an entertainment agency with a mission to nurture young artists, particularly people of color. Rave King Productions quickly expanded its scope and became a thriving empire. Two years later, Delaney founded Emperor King Clothing (EKC) as a subsidiary, aiming to extend the brand’s influence in the fashion industry. EKC provides premium, luxury clothing at accessible price points.
The founder’s tastes have heavily influenced the product’s design aesthetics. Believing that clothing should be a source of confidence and a symbol of one’s journey, each piece is meticulously crafted.
