Self-made recording artist and entrepreneur Tyler Boone is teaming up with his father, Michael Boone, to take the next step in building their family-owned beverage company, Boone’s Bourbon & Boone’s Beer.
The father-and-son team is currently raising capital through StartEngine, giving investors the opportunity to become part of the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Tyler Boone first built his career as an independent recording artist, earning more than 96 million YouTube Music, 15 million Spotify streams & over 1 million on Pandora, performing across the country, and collaborating with musicians including Peter Keys of Lynyrd Skynyrd. His entrepreneurial career has grown alongside his music, with Boone’s Bourbon becoming an award-winning American whiskey brand.
Boone’s Bourbon has earned major recognition, including Platinum at the Los Angeles Spirits Awards and Double Gold at the New York International Spirits Competition (named Top 6 in the World in Forbes 2020), while also receiving Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition above Blanton’s.
The company has since expanded into beer with “Homegrown” Boone’s Beer (a fresh american pre-prohibition pilsner) creating a growing portfolio of American-made beverage products connected to music, events, and community.
Boone’s Bourbon & Boone’s Beer will be exporting to The UK in early 2027, this will be their biggest distribution deal to date.
StartEngine previously valued Boone’s Bourbon at $12 million, and the new capital raise is focused on helping the company expand distribution, inventory, marketing, and brand awareness.
