Prior to this international debut, Moon earned his first Formula GT Challenge victory behind the wheel of a Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO, a race that drew attention after a dramatic setback during practice. Following a crash that sidelined his original car, Moon sourced a replacement Ferrari within a 90-minute window and went on to win the race, an episode that underscored both his resilience and commitment to the sport. That momentum carried into his latest appearance, where Moon demonstrated consistency across multiple race formats, including endurance competition.

Despite limited seat time relative to many of his competitors, Moon’s results have been statistically striking. Since beginning his racing career last year, he has now competed in six races and won five of them. The rapid progression has positioned him as a notable newcomer within Ferrari Challenge circles. Reflecting on the international victory, Moon stated that visualization played a key role in his preparation. “I visualized winning my first ever international race, and I won,” he said following the opening result of the weekend.
