This Saturday, June 27, Sender One is celebrating its 14th anniversary with The Crux Anniversary Comp at its flagship LAX location. The celebration includes a full-day bouldering competition and community event featuring vendors, live DJ, raffle prizes, food trucks, and a $2,000 cash purse.

With six locations throughout LA and OC, Sender One is an indoor climbing destination for all levels, from beginners and kids to seasoned climbers, and even celebrity guests like Jared Leto, Jason Momoa, and Orlando Bloom (featured on his Peacock show Orlando Bloom: To The Edge). MUSE/IQUE pays homage to legendary singer Joni Mitchell in DEFIANTLY JONI: A Singer/Songwriter Bares Her Soul, led by Artistic and Music Director Rachael Worby with Chris Pierce, Effie Passero, the DC6 Singers Collective, and the      MUSE/IQUE Orchestra. In celebration of Hotel Figueroa’s centennial anniversary, the hotel is partnering with the Los Angeles Central Library, which is also commemorating its centennial this year, and local publisher Angel City Press to debut an in-house library for guests.  Designed as a literary escape within the hotel, the rotating collection will encourage visitors to unwind and unplug, discover new voices, and connect with Los Angeles through storytelling.  

The inaugural selection will spotlight Los Angeles-based and AAPI authors, alongside a curated collection of literary classics celebrating their 100th anniversaries, including the following titles and many more:
