Reno Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident near Sky Ranch Boulevard

RENO, NV (May 23, 2023) – On Sunday night, Zachary Carl Zaborac was killed in a car and motorcycle crash on Pyramid Way. The accident took place at the intersection of Pyramid Way and Sky Ranch Boulevard around 10:10 p.m. on April 23rd. According to reports, a Subaru driver heading north on SR 445 attempted to turn left onto Sky Ranch, when it hit the front of the Harley-Davidson heading south on SR 445. Paramedics transported the rider to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Police identified the victim as 28-year-old Zachary Carl Zaborac of Reno. Meanwhile, the driver of the Subaru remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. At this time, police ruled out alcohol or drugs as factors in the fatal motorcycle crash on Pyramid Way. However, an active investigation is underway.
